Joyce Pace
Licensed in both personal and commercial insurance, Joyce came to the agency in December 2013. Joyce has 12 years experience in insurance sales and a lifetime of general customer service knowledge. Having been born and raised in the Mahoning Valley, she is proud of our area and the people who live here. Joyce is always happy to listen and offer advise on your insurance needs.
Jim Plunkett
Jim grew up in Western Pennsylvania on a small farm and graduated from Kittanning Senior High School. He went on to serve over 6 years in the United States Army Reserves and graduated from Thiel College in Greenville, Pennsylvania. After college, he worked in the private sector as an Environmental Scientist. In 2000, Jim opened Jim Plunkett Insurance Agency. Jim is glad to help his clients with their questions on insurance products.

Jim is also active in the community. He is in his 14th year (2 terms as President) with the Kinsman Area Rotary. He also has been the treasurer For Kinsman United Methodist Church Trustees for the past 13 years as well as an Advisory Board Member of Thiel College Haller Enterprise Institute for 12 years.
